About this piece
Every bird in this garden is different: kingfishers, hoopoes, storks, woodpeckers and songbirds are embroidered in cobalt, teal, ochre, rust and green, many with finely detailed feathers. A border of flowering vines in rose, blue and ochre runs along the edge. The natural oatmeal ground keeps the look soft and lets the birds shine.
